Information We Collect

We store the details you provide during onboarding — your name, experience level, goals, injuries or limitations, and session preferences — plus records of each training session (techniques covered, duration, and your feedback). This data is tied to your account and visible only to you.

How We Use It

Your profile and session history personalise Kru's coaching and track your progress. We do not sell your data.

Voice Processing

During a training session, your microphone audio is streamed to our third-party voice AI provider (Hume AI) for speech-to-text transcription and text-to-speech synthesis so Kru can hear you and respond by voice. This audio is transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed by Hume AI under its own privacy and data-handling practices. We do not store raw audio recordings after a session ends.

Data Security

Each user's records are isolated so only you can read or modify your own data. Account, profile, and session data is stored on our platform's hosted database.

Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services to operate the app, including our hosting platform, our payment provider for subscriptions, and Hume AI for voice processing. Each provider handles data according to its own terms and privacy policy.

Your Rights

You may delete your account and associated data at any time. Contact Base44 support to exercise these rights.
